After Applying

What to Expect After Submitting Your Application

When all application components are submitted, the student file is reviewed. Once required documents have been reviewed, you will receive an email with an invitation to schedule a Family Interview. The Family Interview is an opportunity for parents of prospective students along with their child(ren) to meet with our Principal, Josh Kallus, to discuss the vision and environment of Epiphany Catholic School, as well as address any hopes and fears that relate to each family.

Families will be notified of admission decisions starting early February after current family Re-enrollement Period. We will continue to accept applications as space is available throughout the Spring semester.

All items may be submitted by:

  • Online, within the online application
  • Email to Josh Kallus
  • US mail to Epiphany of the Lord Catholic School, Attention: Admissions
